Complete Public Exoneration Way Overdue
It’s sad how we’ve plummeted into a judgmental, tabloid addicted society who formulate weak opinions based on media fed hearsay and propaganda. One of the biggest victims of this media lynch mob was the late Michael Jackson.
Regarding his child molestation allegations, after much scrutiny and examination of evidence, or lack thereof, It became clear that he most likely didn’t do any of what he was accused of. Below are a few listed reasons in a nutshell why Michael Jackson deserved benefit of the doubt.
1. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY: The public isn’t supposed to simply assume anything without proof. Many innocent people died because of that kind of public stupidity and belief in opinions instead of facts. Neither Michael Jackson, or any of the children who’s parents claimed they’ve been molested spoke for themselves clearly stating that something happened. There was never substantial evidence of any wrong doing against these children. Because of this undeniable fact, they had to eventually drop a criminal suit in both cases after so many exhausted resouces, and MJ was acquitted of all charges in the second case. The time has come to stop being dumb and impressionable about these things: The courts found Janet Arvizo, the alleged victim's mother, to be "untruthful", "inconsistent", unable to prove her case, and has a life long rap sheet of other lies and schemes. Arvizo and her family also have a well known history of trying to hustle celebrities for money, and Michael was warned by many to stay away from them.
The first parent Evan Chandler, was a greedy failed dentist who was deeply in debt, and was incessantly asking MJ to finance his script writing endeavors, and to buy the family a new home. Divorced and living separately, Chandler was never meticulously involved with his son's life until the boy and his mother befriended Michael Jackson. Chandler intensely after money, eventually soured his relationship with MJ with his obvious and growing desire for financial assistance and MJ refused to support him. Micheal's relationship with Chandler's son became another opportunity.
Chandler drugged his son and coerced him, and later claimed the drug he administered to his son, a drug very well known for it's ability to guide thought, was for a tooth operation.
It was always more Evan Chandler's and Janet Arvizo's case than their son's. Say what you will, the courts found MJ to be an innocent man. With no proof otherwise, it's time to let it go.
2. THE ACCUSERS UNUSUAL BEHAVIOR: In just about all cases, parents of sexually abused children DO NOT get silenced with money. They want justice. It’s extremely coincidental that the last family tried to sue other businesses with false claims in the past, and how Evan Chandler was ok to accept money to shut up and go away. “Dad of the year” Evan Chandler took the money, dropped the case entirely, and laid low. The Evan Chandler who was never available for his son until MJ came into the picture. He was later arrested for hitting his son Jordan Chandler over the head with a dumbbell.
And for people who don't seem to understand this, a settlement IS NOT AN ADMISSION OF GUILT. Unkown to most, MJ was also a brilliant business who bought the Beatles catelogue along with many other shrewd decisions. Corporations and business minded people know well that it's much easier, quicker, and less expensive to settle out of court than to devote more money in legal fees, time away from career amidst bad press, and risk of conviction in court. To the smart and logistical, it's more of an admission of fraud for any parent to accept money to refrain from seeking justice for their molested child.
Another very overlooked factoid that is a slam dunk manifestation of guilt is this: Both Arvizo and Chandler never even went to the police, instead they both contacted lawyers. Which parent of a sexually abused child doesn't contact the authorities, and instead goes looking for lawyers? They never called the police because bringing Michael to justice was never their goal, nor did they want spotlight on themselves, it was to win his money.
3. BRASS CAME UP SHORT: MJ had his home raided and all of his computers, home videos, phones and pictures were seized and searched ….and they found absolutely nothing. If they found so much as a questionable snapshot, text message, email or whatever, it would’ve been front page headlines. Like I said, they had nothing.
4. THE FAMILIES ARE SHADY: There have been other parents claiming their child was molested by MJ, maids and security with other damning stories but they were all found out to be bogus. If you worked in MJ’s house or had a child stay over, it became a gold rush when the media came down on Michael Jackson publicizing allegations. They all conjured up fictitious tales because of the possibility of winning money directly from MJ or in court, and because media publications were offering lots of money for stories. Media publications even took stories and offered money to fired, disgruntled employees. As for Evan Chandler and the other accusers, there is always financial turmoil with these families or evidence of shady, and in some cases criminal behavior. According to their personal histories, money was always their main objective.
5. MJ DOESN’T FIT PED PROFILE: Michael was seen by psychologists and they confirmed he does not fit the characteristics of a pedophile. He’s been described as more of “a regressed ten year old.” Michael Jackson was comfortable with himself and made no secret of his affinity for children and desire to hang around with them, even in front of his adult friends or with the parents of the children. Also, we grew up with MJ and there was never any horrible allegations like this; pedophiles don't suddenly spring into action in their late 40's.
6. ALL OTHER KIDS SAY NOT POSSIBLE: Emmanuel Lewis, Macaulay Culkin, Donald Trump's children, and many other children had similar relationships with MJ and they all say nothing ever or would ever happen to them. The atmosphere was loving and the furthest thing from sexual or unsafe. They all confirmed that in their opinion, MJ "wouldn’t hurt a fly".
7. THE ACCUSERS VANISH WITHOUT PUBLIC DEFENSE: After failing to prove their case with skepticism building toward the family in the first case, the accusing families avoid the public eye and say nothing. Your child was sexually abused by the biggest star on the planet, you lose the case, and you say nothing? They lost and publicly appear to be gold digging liars and there isn't any public defense, no book, no TV time. No close friend, relative, or concerned grandparent has anything to say? Nothing. The true crime is right before our faces; innocence is always an open book. In this TMZ age where everyone clamors for their 15 minutes and a dollar, I simply don’t believe them and shame keeps them in the shadows.
8. IT DOESN’T FEEL TRUE FOR ANY WHO KNOW HIM: From Donald Trump, to Elizabeth Taylor, to Jermaine and the rest of his family, they steadfastly just don’t believe he did this and will hear nothing else about it. Macaulay, Whoopi Goldberg, Miko Brando, Donald Trump and many others who knew him went to great lengths and made many passionate public statements to further vindicate him. There are lots of people who knew him and spent a lot of time with him, famous and not famous, who've always dejected the allegations.
9. EVAN CHANDLER’S GREEDY AMBITION: There’s enough evidence between Evan Chandler and his greedy lawyer Barry Rothman, who knew just how to doctor child molestation cases, to know that more likely than not, this was a well designed extortion. Way before the allegations, Evan Chandler was behaving strangely and repeatedly suggested Jackson build an extension to their house so he could stay. When Chandler learned he wouldn't be allowed to add any extensions on his home, he began asking MJ to buy them a new home. After he became more obvious in his hunger for money, he slowly became more alienated from Michael as MJ grew closer with his ex-wife and children. MJ, the ex wife and the children grew closer and went on trips together without him. Chandler began to complain about being cut off. In his growing jealousy and greed, he went for the kill. There is also very interesting taped conversations that incriminate him.
10. THE PHONE CALL: “Everything is going according to a plan that isn’t just mine…and if I go through with this, I win big time. There’s no way I lose. I’ve checked that inside and out.” Evan Chandler. If that tape recorded message sounds like it WASN’T an extortion plot and it genuinely sounds like a concerned dad whose son was molested, you are a fool. Evan Chandler lived out the rest of his days miserably, in seclusion, and estranged from his family including his son Jordan Chandler whom who used for the case. In November of 2009, Evan Chandler eventually took his own life. Case closed.

Hey you! It’s not just sad; really it's scary how blindly people follow ridiculous papers on celebrities. It frustrates me honestly, in this celebrity life that people are hungry for. Frankly I never fully followed MJ's whole ordeal with the papers, it might sound silly, but I just never believed any of it in my gut. I loved MJ always, and none of the garbage that was going on ever really made sense to me and the MJ that I knew through his music. I do agree with you and am pleased to see concrete reasons as to why MJ is innocent. It's unfortunate that such a being had to go through the ringer of greedy, bored, and ignorant people. I sometimes think that peoples obsession with celebrities is not really based on their fame or the money they have, not entirely. I think in general, we as people are obsessed with watching each other. Like the live models in the store window a saw the other day. There were SO many people standing around, taking pictures of two young girls just sitting on a couch fully clothed. That's it. That is all they were doing. It's funny. People seem so fixated with how others live, they smother each other. As a result, it is no longer natural life. It’s just an unhealthy, suffocating, twilight zone of stalkers.
Very clearly thought out and well stated. Of course I had my doubts. but seeing something laid out like this, you realize that there never really was powerfuul evidence for i to even be publicised the way it did. We drag people through the mud before we get all the details. I had my suspicions but even still, no one has the right to straight up call him a pedophile or claim he's guilty.
He was a genuis artist and it's a shame what idiots in a bubble choose to focus on about someone after he's gone. Regardless his music will live forever. RIP MJ.

Hey Derekfudles. Thank you very much for your post. But the mistake people make with MJ is putting in the role and expectation of any John SMith and that's just not reasonable. He isn't John Smith----He's MICHAEL JACKSON. He's been a child super star performing as one of the world's most famous people for his entire life. He was never going to normal. He never was normal. The fact that he found comfort and refuge among the innocence of kids is not strange to me. I truly believe he was like a child himself. From Bashir, to the LAPD, to Evan CHandler---look what adults have done to him.

hi again! In regards to Derekfudles and Hepkins, I do agree that yes his sleep overs appeared odd. A lot of what he did appeared strange to many. He fell out of what we most consider "normal". But what you also have to remember is that his life growing up was not normal. Can anyone come out regular in his shoes...I think not. Given his strange behavior no one can say they know or knew him based on feelings from tabloids. I think it is very important to really take a look at where these sources are coming from, and the after math of it. It seemed like everyone got worked up on the accusations, that that is all that was seen. The aggresion and blurred vision of the papers and reporters only fueled the peoples negative emotions of MJ, instead of fueling individual thoughts. It appears that a lot of news does this anyway. So, people just followed the papers and cut videos of interviews, and frankly probably never really considered MJ's psychology and how he might be as a man. It seemed that in Mj's big way of living, people nurtured and grew him to be above human. Unfortunately the same outlook on him is probably what broke him during the trials. He was not a person with feelings or a past. He was not human, he was everyones toy. Someone to dance to as a memory of childhood, and simply disregarded when real world thoughts come into play. It does sadden me that his humanity was forgotten.

Thank you for this, I believe that he was always innocent and I absolutely believe in looking at all of the facts first before jumping to conclusion, and that is what most people do, they assume it must be true because he's strange, he's weird. And I love how you lay it all out, all of the reasons why it's absolutely ridiculous for people to believe that these money hungry families were actually telling the truth! It's such a shame, this is what killed Michael. This poor man went through hell from these evil people. Their day will come, what comes around will surely come back around.

I Always knew MJ is innocent ... it is so just wrong how the MEDIA will report all the stories that have no truth to them what so ever.. but when there is info that suggest or even PROVES that someone is innocent they WONT OR DON'T report that !! it why i despise the MEDIA soo much . there is so much info that proves that MJ is innocent and when the trial in 2005 was going on all they reported were the lies the family had made up !! PEACE AND JUSTICE FOR MJ.. help clear his name, he deserves that much at the least.

I've always believed that he was innocent too
I've always loved Michael Jackson, and have always beleived in his innocence. Michael was a man who was completely taken advantage of, by means of greedy, and self-centered individuals who had nothing better to do in their spare time than bring down a wonderful person. The truth is that those who think he was guilty really don't have an in-depth view of the situation. They don't take into consideration the facts mentioned in the above article. They hear it in the media, and think to themselves, "If the media is telling it to us, it must be true". I don't think so. I am a believer in God, and I truly believe that Evan Chandler has faced The appropriate judgement, and that the remaing of his accusers will follow suit in their death.

She was guilty of welfare fraud and a million others things---if she had been properly jailed her end of this wouldn't never have happened. I'm sure they'll get what they deserve. Michael Jackson was the most outstanding and incredible being to ever walk the face of this planet. I'm so glad you have given evidence to his innocence. A lot of people get pissed off when I say this, but if you think about what he went through you can see a striking resemblance to another great figure. He traveled around spreading the words of love and God's righteousness, (the whole law), he stood up for the children of the people, he contributed to a world record of charities, had a cancer treatment facility in his home where children would go and come out cancer free which is a miracle in today's society. Then he was literally stripped and mocked and eventually crucified by the people he was trying to help. If people would actually read and listen to his lyrics it would be easily recognized how pure and innocent he is. Those people will be judged in their own time and I will forever have him in my heart.

I don’t see your comparison as blasphemous, it’s just the truth and it follows a pattern with many special people. Whenever there is a selfless special person amongst us, we figure out a way to misunderstand them, discredit them and spit them out. We did it to JC of course, but we also did it to Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and countless others. We are the wolf pack, lost in our own perspective and we let the bad people over power the good. We allowed scheming lairs to have more credibility over one of the world’s biggest humanitarians. MJ was an innocent, docile person who genuinely loved people and we just couldn’t get it or believe that he just wanted to love kids so we pulled him down into our own understanding of things, believed what was thrown at him and we ruined him. Hopefully everyone will get what they deserve.

I have this view that there was a bigger more evil picture behind it all, that Michael Jackson's wealth, fame,popularity, power and influence over hearts and minds, threatened the status quo, and certain powerful people in corporations like the media, were afraid and conspired to destroy him by printing the negative lies. This isn't just my opinion, I have read it many times. And suddenly he was dead before a major concert comeback in suspicious circumstances. I wonder if we will find out the truth. and those responsible will get their just desserts. So tragic.

MJ was influential, so adored by fans and he was also making political enemies through his activism. His initiatives to save the planet, cut down on pollution and cutting down rain forest won him enemies, some off the richest an evil men on earth. He started to become very vocal on a great many things unbeknownst to most.
I have also heard many of the possibilities you speak of and it is strange he died so suddenly before his big comeback. Yes, it is tragic.

Here we are two years later and I just stumbled upon your article which you did not hesitate to publish immediately after his death. Michael Jackson to me resembles the modern day Jesus Christ, first adored and put on the throne by the human race only to be slaughtered by the same in the most cruelest way possible. Yes, society is viscous. Initially, I put aside the fact that I was a fan and wanted to know if it was true. What I found while investigating was little evidence of any proof, and an abundance evidence to the contrary, and more negatives about the characters and history of the accusers. It's horrible what people, greed, media and other entities can do. He was destroyed by nonsense; a mere attempt to cash in. So all his life of music and goodwill was threatened and nullified by cutthroats. Like you, I too can go on about this for days lol.

Thank you for your excellent words. I grew up listening, feeling and loving the music and soul of Michael Jackson. I am truly blessed to have watched him live in concert 5 times, an outworldly experience. We were an entire planet in awe of this man, none more than me. When the allegations surfaced I found myself fiercely protecting him like a bullied child. As I watched his soul and heart break beyond repair I cried in despair. But now, years after his passing, his music, lyrics and memory of him fills me with such joy, strength and conviction that I was once in the presence of someone truly out of this world who lived before his time! God bless Michael Jackson!

It's very sad how many people fail to realize the truth. I nearly just got involved in a flame war on youtube for simply defending Michael against someone who said that he deserved to die. As frustrating as it is, I'm refusing to respond to this particular person anymore and "feed the troll". Their last comment to me was, "there was no proof. Meanwhile Michael was jacking off little boys". Sounds to me like someone is running out of valid arguments and repeating themselves over and over again. It sickens and frustrates me that just because poor Michael lost out on so much of his childhood and was abused (which caused him to regress) that people jumped on the opportunity to degrade and insult him. Michael Jackson was an amazing person who gave a lot more to the world than any of the haters can imagine. It's disgusting to see truly good people get treated so horribly and taken advantage of, especially after they've passed away.

One of the reasons I was initially attracted to studying law is because I know very well that people are extremely dangerous. People almost never acknowledge all the facts or "know what they don't know". Assumption is an extremely destructive thing.
The Founding Fathers came from all sorts of old world tyranny and social problems with people and somehow knew the power of declaiming simple things that would stand true to this very day, like a man is "INOCENNT until PROVEN guilty. They, with their higher IQ's, most likely witnessed innocent people get lambasted by idiots who ran wild without sufficient evidence. MJ was NOT proven guilty, he was acquitted of all charges and nothing stuck. There's NO PROOF. PERIOD. Instead, the accusers were caught in inconsistencies. The situation is laid out right before us, but opinions and speculation always overpowers logic and reason. Influenced by his relationships with kids, people just believe he did it and cannot control themselves. It’s a shame. Unfortunately he's not the only good person the dregs of society found a way to get rid of and he won't be the last.
Don't worry about that person, and I hope the fate of him or his family never falls into the hands of someone like himself.
